DELIVERY
Equine Photography
**Delivery for your first order will be free for all products. Subsequent orders will be charged at £15* (exclusions apply, see below).**
Please allow at least 6 weeks for delivery from the date you make payment to allow time for the Photographer to do final re-touching and editing to perfect your chosen images, process your order and for the suppliers to manufacture and deliver your products.
Digital Images – Either posted on a USB using Royal Mail or emailed if ordering less than 5 digital images, unless purchasing a separate USB.
Folio Box – Delivered by courier.
Album – Delivered by Parcelforce.
Mounted Prints, Prints and Frames – Delivered by courier or Royal Mail.
*For very heavy orders, additional delivery costs may apply. The delivery cost to the below areas will be as follows.
•Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands - AB33 - 38, AB41 - AB56, BT1 - 47, FK19 - 21, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 37, IV40, IV52 - 54, IV63, KW1 - 14, PA21 - 40, PH15 - 26, PH30 - 41, PH49 - 50: £21
•Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands: POA
•Eire: POA
If the Client is not available to take the delivery, the parcel will be returned to the depot and they will await contact. A card explaining this will be left and the parcel will be held for a limited time for re-delivery. The card will advise who to contact to arrange a re-delivery. In this instance, the Client must ensure contact is made as soon as possible to prevent the parcel being returned to the sender. Additional delivery costs will then apply.
Unless the Client can check the products from the delivery prior to signature, they must continue to sign but write 'Unchecked' next to their signature. If any of the products arrive damaged the Client must contact the Photographer within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Shop
Deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or a Courier Service depending on what you order, to the address you specify at the checkout and may require a signature upon delivery. Your telephone number may be provided to a Courier Service provider.
If you are not in when the order is delivered and it is too large to fit through the letterbox, it will either be left in a safe place or a card will be left advising of further action. If a signature is required, and you are not in, a card will be left advising of further action. If you have received a text message from the courier regarding the delivery time of your order, you will need to respond to this if you will not be in to receive your order.
Your order may arrive separately in multiple packages and on different days.
We deliver to the UK only.

Delivery Charges and Estimated Delivery Time
- £2.99 or FREE when you spend £20 and over. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 days by Royal Mail 1st Class and will be delivered within 2-5 days, however this can vary and an estimated delivery time will be shown during the checkout before payment is processed.
